As I suspected, it was not such a good week on the scale. I need to be a bit more dilligent on tracking what I eat. I think for me, portion control is the hardest part. I need to remember that food is to fuel my body, and just because it tastes good doesn't mean I get to eat as much as I want.
Weight gained this week: 2.2 lbs.
Total Weight lost: 5.6
Weight still to lose: 109.4
I just need to get myself over the bump in the road I keep hitting that sets me back. This is the week to do it!!
Grrrr-bummer. Next week will be better!
