Week 6

Tonight was weigh-in night. Good News!! I lost .6 pounds. I am so glad that coming back from vacation I was still able to lose some. Today was the second day of step aerobics, and I love it. The other thing I love is that my kids want to exercise too. T & E thought it looked like a lot of fun. Everytime T finds out that I have exerised, whether it is aerobics or yoga, she begs to do it too. I hope she continues to have this desire throughout her life. The other good thing about today, is it was probably the first day since starting this new journey that I stayed completely within my Weight Watcher points, and I tracked the entire day. Usually I am super good about this in the morning, and even through lunch, but by afternoon and evening, I slack when things get hectic with dinner and the family. Yahoo for little baby steps of success!

Weight lost this week: .6 lbs.
Total weight lost: 6.2 lbs.
Weight still to lose: 108.8

This week's goal: Lose 3 lbs.

  1. Yay for you!!!! I was down another pound this morning (down 12 lb. total), but then I went and ate a piece of pumpkin pie at book club tonight. Wish I hadn't done that. I am doing a Biggest Loser last chance workout the last couple of days. It is kicking my tushie. I hurt. Bad. Jillian is scary.
